Master Business Coach Dan Creed Offers Group Training Prgrams

I'm Danny Creed, Certified Master Business Coach and Certified Executive Coach. Over nearly forty years, I've logged more than 15,000 hours of coaching, training, and consulting, and a room full of people learns differently than one person sitting across a desk from me. Group training works when everybody walks out with the same language, the same standards, and the same picture of what good looks like. It fails when it becomes a lecture people sit through politely and forget by Thursday. My sessions are built to be worked rather than watched, and I'd rather send eight people back to their desks with one habit they'll keep than forty with a binder nobody opens.

Group Training: The Roadmap to Success

Change spreads faster through a group than through an individual. When one manager learns a new approach and walks back into a team still running the old one, the new approach usually loses. Training the whole room removes that friction, because everybody hears the same thing at the same time and nobody has to translate it for anyone else. Teams also hold each other accountable in ways an outside coach never can. Once a standard has been set publicly, drifting away from it gets awkward, and awkwardness turns out to be a surprisingly durable enforcement mechanism. My work is designed to make the standard public and then keep it in front of people long enough to become ordinary.

Key Planning Principles

Off-the-shelf training seldom produces lasting improvement, so I don't build anything before I know what's actually happening inside your organization. That means one-on-one conversations, group surveys, and watching daily interactions to find the attributes making a team hum and the ones slowing it down. Mismatched goals. Missing trust. Messages not landing where they were aimed. From there we design. A five-person startup needs something different from a fifty-person department inside a large company, and pretending otherwise wastes everybody's day.

Crafting a Successful Group Training

Executive Summary

Group training gives a team shared language, shared standards, and a shared definition of good work, delivered in a format people practice rather than absorb.

Market Analysis

Before designing anything, I assess the team as it exists. Conversations, surveys, and observation tell me where communication breaks and where goals diverge.

Products and Services

Sessions cover communication training including active listening and DISC, leadership development, priority and time management, selling skills for professionals who never planned on selling, goal setting and metrics, and accountability structures. Formats run from interactive workshops to small-group leadership training and adventure-based learning.

Marketing and Sales Strategies

For sales-facing groups, I teach a repeatable process the whole team can run, built on referral networks through known Champions rather than pure cold volume.

Financial Projections

Training earns its cost through reduced turnover, faster ramp for new hires, and productivity gains. We set the targets before the first session so the investment gets measured.

Implementation Roadmap

Assessment first, then program design, then delivery, then reinforcement. Ongoing assessment and support keep the work alive after the room clears.

Coach's Support Offerings

I've delivered group presentations, small-group leadership training, and one-on-one coaching inside the same organization, adjusting format to the goal each time. My coaching extends to the nonprofit sector. I help these organizations master the art of listening and give their leaders the tools they need to handle difficult seasons. These classes skip the lectures and get straight to the point. You will practice talking through hard problems, building real trust with your peers, and learning how to lead people with confidence. Progress gets tracked through improved decision-making, cross-functional cooperation, individual and team productivity, reduced turnover, and financial performance, with surveys and 360-degree feedback filling in the qualitative picture. My credentials include Certified Master Business Coach and Certified Executive Coach, seven Brian Tracy Awards for Sales Excellence, and recognition by CXO Outlook as one of the 10 Most Inspiring Transformational Coaches globally.

FAQs

How big should the group be?

Depends on what you want out of it. Interactive workshops handle a larger room. Leadership work goes better in a small group where nobody can hide. I'd rather send eight people back to their desks with one habit they'll keep than forty with a binder nobody opens, so the number follows the goal rather than the other way around.

Do you deliver a standard curriculum?

No. Off-the-shelf training seldom produces lasting improvement. I start with one-on-one conversations, group surveys, and watching how the team operates day to day, then design from what I find.

How do we know whether the training worked?

We set the targets before the first session. After that, I track improved decision-making, cross-functional cooperation, individual and team productivity, reduced turnover, and financial performance, with surveys and 360-degree feedback filling in the parts missing.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. My coaching extends to the nonprofit sector, where the work usually centers on listening and on giving leaders what they need to carry an organization through a difficult season.
